About Highland Wonders

Highland Wonders is a monthly education series featuring the natural history of the Okanogan Highlands and surrounding areas.

This year, due to public health concerns, OHA will not be holding indoor events. But never fear! We will be releasing a monthly podcast about the iconic wildlife of the Okanogan Highlands, from November through May.

Each podcast episode will be accompanied by a nature detective story, where you can follow along as Jack, the Nature Detective, uncovers clues related to the podcast’s subject. The stories will be posted to OHA's website, under Highland Wonders Upcoming Events and via the Episode Notes section in the podcast app.

Find the Highland Wonders Podcast on the following apps on your computer, phone or tablet:

We hope to offer our outdoor series,  spring through fall, in 2021. Topics, dates and locations TBA.
